Leo is an AI phone assistant designed for non-technical people. It allows you to quickly set up phone assistants for making and receiving calls without any coding required.
How does it handle situations beyond its knowledge base?
For edge cases or unexpected issues, Leo can seamlessly transfer the call to a human representative at any moment during the call.
How are the calls handled and stored?
Every call is recorded and transcribed (unless you choose not to) for easy review and record-keeping. Calls are also automatically summarized for quick reference.
Can I create multiple assistants?
Yes, you can create as many assistants as you need.
Does Leo support multiple languages?
Leo currently only supports English, but more languages are coming soon.
